Additionally, once an order or item has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, I am not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed mail. While I take great care in packaging and shipping, it is the responsibility of the carrier once the package leaves my hands. No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Leianahawaii does not accept returns or offer refunds for any purchases. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the transaction. If your item arrives defective, I’m happy to provide a replacement. Please reach out as soon as possible, ideally within 10 days of the delivery date.
